Combustion Liners and Caps

CPI introduced slot-cooled liners to our product line in 2004. The same standards of quality and on-time delivery we established in transition pieces have been applied to our liners. All liners are tested through third party inspection and coated at OEM-approved facilities. CPI has delivered hundreds of liners with zero fit-up issues and warranty claims.
6B Liners
First delivered in September 2004. Over 500 liners installed to date. Thermal Barrier coating (TBC) lines the body and cap nterior, and chrome carbide protects the spring seal against wear from the transition piece. Assembly options for non-DLN 6B Liners: U-shape or standard liner stops, coating and upgraded materials on fuel nozzle collar or crossfire collar.
7E & 9E Liners
First delivered in October 2005. Over 620 liners installed to date. Thermal Barrier coating (TBC) lines the body and cap interior, and chrome carbide protects the spring seal against wear from the transition piece. Assembly options for non-DLN 7E/9E Liners: Peanut, T-style, or Pant-leg stops, .045 or .062 body thickness, 8 or 10 thimbles, upgraded materials on fuel nozzle collar and various cooling hole configuration and coating upgrades.
7FA+EL Combustion Caps
First delivered in November 2011. 24K CI interval compatible with TBC coated effusion plates and wear coating. Both 17″ and 18″ diameter styles available.
7FA+EL Liners
